You guys know the medkits from the Left 4 Block zombie mod that Rot made? Well I really only use it for medkits now, since it doesn't work that great since v10. So would anyone be willing to just make a mod that was just those medkits? I would appreciate it.

Hmmm. You have a point. It's just that medkits look nicer than pills in many occasions, like on my deathmatch, pills lying around is kinda lame looking.

You could try switching the pill and medkit models.
