the drivers are fine the RAM is fine and the processor is FINE!

The RAM is total garbage. You might have mistook it for 1.90GB.

The processor is mediocre; It isn't good, but it isn't all that bad.

Also a driver is not hardware. Drivers are used to allow the use of hardware.

Your video card is terrible as I have the same one in my laptop. You can barely get away with HL2 on DX9.

The RAM is not fine. A bare minimum of 256 MB is needed for XP. The processor is okay for small things, but it's not at all for extreme gaming.

Also even then, 384mb is terrible. You're going to want at least 1gb by today's standards.
