Ok, update on the bestbuy status. It will be done the LATEST by wednesday. I called the manager and gave him hell about how long it is taking. The day I brought it in (Which was like a month ago) they said it would be done in 5 days from the day I brought it in. They kept delaying it like AGlassofMilk said. Due to my complaints about service that I gave them, they through in a free $40 buffer package where they upgrade the computer and make it faster all for free. Instead of $40 that I need to pay for the buffer, it was free. Also, the repairs are free becuase I have a warrenty.
Tl:dr- My computer will be done by wednesday and will be better then before.
