There's nothing wrong with basic html, however there are several things wrong with this website.

1. Do not use Iframes.  They make it impossible for people to link to your sub pages. 
2. Compress your images more.  The "regular photography" page is like 5 megabytes. 
3. Use interlaced jpgs
4. Use thumbnail images
5. <a href="http://24.236.164.227:7002/"> - what is this crap?  Do you have a domain or not?  Don't link to IP addresses.

lol i use to love using an iframe below my content area, used just for the little message board.

but it fudged up google results so badly.

You could link your ip through a DNS

If you mean one in general web design, Google W3Schools. It's a brilliant website for everything HTML, CSS, etc.

On my computer it doesn't even load. wth.

I would start with a CSS layout to help you organize your site.

Use a PHP header file (if you host supports PHP) for your menu, so you don't have to update the eveyr page to change the menu.
