This is a weapon. It doesn't matter if it from another game, it is just like weapons from other games, and other concepts, who who gives a loving stuff if it's from Halo.

Calm down.  Blockland isn't one of those games like Garry's Mod without an identity / theme / style / brand / etc.  You don't just make stuff from other games and throw it in because you can.  There are plenty of ways to make cool things that still fit with Blockland.  This laser is not one of those things.  Why people waste time adapting stuff from other games instead of making new things that contribute to Blockland's style is beyond me.

Yeah, but what is there new to make? Every single possible idea of a weapon or vehicle has already been sucked up by reality or a game. It's not like it would be different if it was based off of a different laser. You dislike souly because I got the basic shape, sound, and Idea from Halo.

I don't see why it matters that he got the idea from halo.  I mean, I know that no one likes a huge halo fanatic, but there is nothing wrong with the weapons, just the fact that some people are obsessed with the series.  I'm sure that if all the halo fans suddenly were obsessed with TF2 or some other game, you would hate anything from that game too?  It really doesn't and shouldn't matter where an idea comes from, so long as the weapon hasn't been made yet and works well.  The spartan laser, to my knowledge, hasn't been implemented into blockland untill now, and from what I've read it works fine.  Does it really matter that much that the idea came from halo?

Trader, the purpose of the addon system is to add anything to the game. There are no predefined rules as to what weapons or items cant be added. The only mods that are obviously unwanted are abusive admin mods, anything that bypasses blockland's demo, and keygens.

Go to the RTB site and read what it says under my name.  You'll see that it says "MOD Reviewer".  That means I get to tell you that what you've made is not OK for Blockland, at least as far as the RTB download system is concerned.  That's exactly what I've done.  Ephi agrees, and he runs the site.

i do agree with you to an extent... its not like you would be allowed ANYTHING in the game, although i wouldnt says its appropriate to have a snake that fires cum projectiles and when you get hit your screen goes white

I never said I have absolute say.  Ephi failed the Add-On and I agreed with him.  Then the Add-On was uploaded again as version 2 and I failed it again.  I will absolutely say that Halo weapons are not good Add-Ons for Blockland.

I'm not grouchy, I just tell it like it is.  Some people can't handle that.  I'm not emotional about this at all, which would seem like a prerequisite for the "grouchy" label.
