I love RTB and all the things that make it RTB, but this failing cause "it's unoriginal" or "It's from halo" stuff has to go, Blockland is designed for people to make what ever they want (unless the add-on causes malfunctions), either something from real life or a game. taking away that privilege is totally unjust and ruins what RTB was made for, Return to Blockland's creative persona.

I can see they don't want their bandwidth taken up, but still, this is exactly what I think.
Making weapons from other games is not a good addition to Blockland. Don't feel like you're being singled out. There always comes a turning point where things that were once acceptable no longer are. Badspot will tell you that 90% and more of all Add-Ons are crap. I've even seen him in his server talking about how he sometimes regrets even allowing Add-Ons. People need to think less about what they want to see in Blockland and think more about what's best for the game / community. Weapon knockoffs are no good. There are always ways to be original.
Yes, but this is good for the community because everyone else but you, Ephi, and a few others enjoy it. It's also good for the game because it is entertaining. That is the whole point of an add-on, to make the game more enjoyable and add new content. I don't give a stuff if it's not original. I care because I like it, others like it, it runs perfectly fine, it's the first of it's kinda here, and I think it's perfectly fine. And no, you cannot always be original. Taking this, changing the model a little bit, and calling it something else isn't original. There shouldn't even be a classification if it's original or not. Who cares? It is what it is.
Actually, my laser is original. It's the same thing as the Halo weapon, only made in a way for use in this game.

Exactly.
It doesn't matter what Ephi, Trader, Badspot, or any of the high and mighty members/admins say. I don't have to make up my own weapon, and make the model so perfectly fitting Blockland. I can make it however I want. A change in how I make it, and what I make doesn't really matter.
