Ok, so sometimes, when I join server, I load the game but then I get to the Welcome Page and it freezes and the sound that was playing repeats itself.

Any way to fix this? Pwease?

Defrag the game with Steam.

Right-Click on TF2 and then Properties and then Defrag.
