Author Topic: Scary Games  (Read 2451 times)

So I was reading that silly "Fallout 3 Scary?" thread when I realised that I want to play a good horror game. Suggestions please!

Bioshock? I played it, and some times, I just felt like stuffting my pants.

Looks great. Any more?

Both of the F.E.A.R games.

If you get F.E.A.R 2 first its pretty confusing on whats going on because
you dont know what happend in the previous one.
 :cookie:'s for F.E.A.R 2!
I was also stuffting my self when the little girl comes by and trys too "absorb" you.

Left 4 Dead is kind of scary, but I wouldn't classify it as "horror".

It's more of the kind of game that's scarier for the fact that it may actually have a higher reality rate than a few of these other games. The kind that gets into your head, and then goes into it with a chainsaw.

Resident Evil 1-3.
Deadspace.
F.E.A.R. 1-2.
And lastly, Hexic HD.

Dead Space was pretty freaky the first playthrough. Second time I played it it was like, "Oh look, another thing waiting in the ceiling for me."

Deadspace.
F.E.A.R. 1-2.
And lastly, Hexic HD.
I'm just going to leave that one alone, although I think I know what you mean.

Original Alone in the Dark was scary when I was younger.

S.T.A.L.K.E.R. Shadow of Chernobyl.
Damn bloodsuckers.

Condemned 1 + 2.

OH MAH GAWD

I played Origins.     Its the fact that you either have a pipe or a gun with 2 bullets to defend yourself at all times that made it scarier.
And you nearly always get attacked from behind.
Oh, and if you suck at it, you can die from fighting with one enemy.
