When I played Left 4 Dead the first time, I went into a hotel room because I was clearing rooms, and I hear this weird laughing sound, so I turn around and BAM zombie in my face, nearly stuff myself.

Half Life 2 scared the stuff out of me, when I was heading toward Nova Prospekt, and there was an abandoned house. I went inside and stacked items up to the stairs to elevate to the next floor. Grenaded the area to check for poison zombies. Nothing. Saw crossbow ammo, and some batteries, went to go get it. Got it, and as soon as I turned around, there was a poison zombie raping my face. Scared me stuffless.

I remember a certain house in sandtraps that had a poison zombie that caught me off guard once.
I never knew you could kill zombies so fast just by beating its stuff out with a crowbar.

I nearly had a heart attack when I randomly spun one, and then suddenly a huge loving chain reaction happened.
It was like popcorn popping inside me... except they pop much harder and are made of metal...

Theres a house filled with black headcrabs on one of the coast maps. I went in there with no ammo, and I kept hearing hissing sounds. I went into a room and then, BAM there were 2 poison zombies. I ran out as quick as possible. (Black headcrabs = look like spiders. spiders = scaring the crap out of me
