so basicly I would like a player that looks like a headcrab. /headcrab command would be nice.

Playermodel? This ain't Garry's Mod...

Anyway, i've made a Headcrab Zombie mod where you type /HCZ in the chat and you get a Headcrab on your head, and you have guts sticking out of your torso, both the Headcrab and the guts are modeled by Azerath though, i'm thinking of making usable claws, but i fail at modeling and i fail to make usable claws

I could release it without the claws just, but i'm not too sure about that

I don't want him to release them. Not releasing is a smart thing. It attracts peoples into your server.
