sdklfjaklsdasjdfjasdff I loving HATE IT, THERE'S NO ESCAPE! It's some complete bullstuff to stop people from cheating, well, it does it's job. IT WON'T loving ALLOW ME TO PLAY ON ANY SERVER FOR MORE THAN 1 MINUTE BECAUSE OF SOME PART IT CAN'T LOAD. The FAQ says I uninstalled the component. I HAVEN'T DONE ANYTHING TO MY BATTLEFIELD 2 FILES. This has also been pissing me off with every other Punkbuster enabled server, in any game. HEY, GUYS, I WANT TO PLAY MY loving VIDEO GAMES I BOUGHT.

Urgh, Punkbuster requires the user to update it, EA fails to mention this. Though its Designed to update itself, it fails.

1. Go here and get that program http://www.punkbuster.com/index.php?page=pbsetup.php
2. READ what it says on the page
3. After you do what is says you should of added your game(s) and Check for Updates
4. If Punkbuster still fails... well you fail... I can't find the link to PB computer Setup.

ive had punkbuster problems when i first tried playing bf2 on vista.
i got it working by disabling the windows firewall while i played bf2.

that firewall didnt effect my 2142 or any other net game, but bf2 for some reason it high pinged me bad and i got PB errors from it.

I tried playing my legally bought BF2 and Punkbuster kept ruining it :(

I updated it a while ago, it finally works!

Now, just to get good. Also, why do CoD games seem to be better with Punkbuster?

Punkbuster ruined America's Army for 2 days until I figured out how to work the loving thing right.

Punkbuster didn't do stuff in War Rock, so now Nexon uses HackShield.
