In the "No Mercy" campaign after entering the elevator, Zoey didn't make it in all the way, so as a result, her character became invisible, and can now take no damage. :o

sorry for blur, i dont has any camera besides webcam D:

It happend to me in spectator mode in versus on xbox 360 but they all died.

This happened to my friend hellion666 once, he didn't even know it. He went smoker, and he smokered someone and the tounge wasn't shown.

It was hilarious when Bill got stuck on a crate and every just sat around and watched saying "WHAT THE forget?" over Mic.

Also, for future reference, you can tap print screen, and if your computer is powerful enough, alt-tab out and paste/save in mspaint.
