I know the first issue was short, I just wanna get a feel for it and see what people think. If it gets good reception, more issues will be made and much longer as well.

Yeah, I didn't know what to say, but I wanted to give him credit, haha.

Your TOS are draconian, but that's okay because they aren't enforceable anyway since they probably aren't even constitutional.

Otherwise it's interesting.

HAHAHAHAHA may i read it?
...It's on the first page of the magazine.

Double Post.

TOSes are considered legal documents, it's basically a contract you sign by going to the next page.

I am going to steal all your content because I'd love to see you sue me.

I know what TOS are, you don't need to tell me.

Yours are not legally enforceable. Quoting is protected by fair use and you don't need a signed document from anyone to do it. You can't collect your 200 dollars either.

Look, I know what you're trying to do. Just delete it and don't worry about it, all of your work is automatically copyrighted. Those TOS are embarrassing. If you really want to, you can put © 2009 T. S. Harmon at the bottom of the page and be done with it. This really isn't necessary though and I wouldn't recommend it because nobody is going to want to steal a few text boxes with hyperlinks in them. It would just make your pretty pages look cluttered with the text at the bottom, and, as I said before, it's already assumed that your work is copyrighted unless you state otherwise.

Hey, I'm posting cause you told me to.
