It would be nice if we had an admin control to mute other players chatting. So they can type but it never shows up untill they are un-muted. This can help from spamming the chat.

If you don't want to hear someone talking: Client-Side Filter Chat By BL_ID

A server-side mute just seems abusive and confusing to people who are muted. If you don't want them talking to anyone in your server, permanently ban them. It works.
