Black and white is a game sort of like civilization. Your a god and have to defend villagers from attack by giving them weapons and homes and defenses.

You don't have to def, neither you can give them weapons.
You can do whatever you want to. Destroy anything or live in peace. Bad or good, black or white.
In B&W2 you can make soldiers if you mean that with "giving them weapons".

Battle of the Gods seemed okay too.

I found BnW better than BnW2. Acctualy just because of the gods.

In BnW2, I can toss a fireball from my base to another. Seriously; turn your sensitivity up HEAPS and keep practicing with stuff like rocks and water miracles.
