No no, this is not piracy. Steam, like 2 years ago, released a pack for nVidia and ATI users,

ATI Users recieve Half Life 2: Lost Coast and Half Life 2: Deathmatch.

nVidia users recieve the same, all the other games you recive from them are same, I think the portal is just a demo and Peggle Extreme is free for all users
