Sounds forgetin stupid. The only reason you would want this is because you have a high ID or some weird stuff. IDs don't really matter as long as you're not a dumbass.

Quite a useless idea. IDs aren't even important, as long as none of them are the same.

ID discrimination is a problem, but I think randomizing IDs is unnecessary. It's useful to know how new people are so you whether to inform them, say, that asking for admin is a bad idea or kick/ban them for asking for admin.

I've been on a game before that required you to have a forum account linked to it.
No one had names on the game, you were only known by your forum avatar.
It was unique gameplay to meet people and maintain friends and play without names.
