There is no such thing as a gamertag on the PS3, it is just your username, nickname, whatever. The gamertag belongs to Xbox, when yo ukeep calling my psn a gamertag you keep making me feel like an xbox gamer :( But hey I have an xbox 360 but still you make me feel like one that play more xbox than ps3.

theres is called live ours is psn theres is not gamertag..

Live=XBox live
PSN=Playstation Network

Gamertag=XBox live's way of recognizing players
Username/Nickname=PSN's way of recognizing players

gamertags isnt directly directed towards xbox tho it can be used for identifiying both console idiots.
