If you would read the "azicity" topic you would notice that the creator is not working on it until summer. That's more than enough time for bushido to make this.

I really want to see this developed. Alot of stuff needs to have more detail, and because the whole city is so fragile you would have to make sure everything was perfectly balanced. If not, well it could be an epic fail.

You should add a graffiti can. It would use the colour your spraycan is using, and you could only paint 1x1's, 1x2's and 2x2's.

An idea for the Home Insurance. If you have enough invested money to completely rebuild the house, then the Insurance Company could rebuild (respawn) your house. Any money you don't have invested, you can give to Insurance to Rebuild. Otherwise, if you have no money, your house is gone.

If a fire breaks out, should it spread if not tended to?

A command to request someone. For example, /police calls the police to help you, /repairman tells the repair people that there is a house needed to be repaired, etc. Maybe have the roads scripted to have names... so a straight road would have a certain name so that the people can find you... Just a thought.

if your home randomly bursts into flames or collapses, if you invested in house insurance, you get the amount you invested X the amount of time the lot has been owned

Perhaps more than just insurance, but maybe an AI repair team that takes X money every tick and will fix your house if any repairs are needed, but will subtract the money from your account that it cost to repair.
