 a gun that when it hits it  taget, slows them down by half, would temporarily mix up their controlls and maybe make their screen flash differant colors =D
 i think it would make for a good stratigising weapon in CTF to use against the person guarding the flag

Though I'm not sure the specified effects are possible, it sounds like this should be a One-use weapon (maybe a grenade with and area of effect?) or a gun with a long reload time. "Abuse" will result, but it won't be anything dramatic... Crap, that sounds exactly like the flash grenede...

It'd be cool if it just made it so the bricks and background were invisible. (All red maybe?) This would have the name make sense and make it useful for getting away. (Note: people shouldn't be made invisible.)
