Classic Skyscraper

Here's a building I was working on for a little while.  I'll admit to using the duplicator for part of the build but darn it all it was worth retaining a part of my social life.  ;)  If there's enough interest, I'll open up a server sometime in the future for people to build in the skyscraper.  The main floors (nineteen of them) and the four corner towers will be first come first serve.  Ultimately, I hope to have several buildings for use, but that depends on how fast I lose interest in the whole thing.

Seriously, stop saying sky scraper builds looks duplicated when they are supposed to look loving symmetrical The time it takes to create a build doesn't matter, it's how the finish product looks. If the duplicator didn't exist, then I highly doubt you would have said anything other than praise. Get out.

I do like the second screenshot, but thats only because its the only part that doesnt have a 1x5 walking space and it reminds me of this:


EDIT: Also, I have no problem with the fact that its symmetrical. I love symmetry. Its the fact that the whole top part is duplicated. Looking at the third screenshot clearly exposes that

but no in all honesty it's pretty crappy and structurally unsound

no building like that could exist in real life, and it just looks crappy in general because of it

Technically, I'm not defending the build, but saying how all builds/skyscrapers that are 'duplicated' in general aren't crappy or to be judged in that way. The tool is there to be used, and really can make builds nice for beginners and long time builders alike.
