Funny, I am a Christian, and don't think that hell is a swear word.  It can only be considered a swear word by me when used in a specific context, as in when someone uses it to replace another, real, swear word, like in "What the ..."

Unfortunately for you, my friend, militant atheism and stupidity don't mix all that well.

Lies/Stereotypes. Only the extreme Christians who chain themselves to abortion clinics think hell is a swear. I'm Catholic, and I never thought of the word hell that way.

Heh, I'm sure most "christians" today would think that I'm extreme.  I was recently told the following:

WHAT?  You believe the whole Bible?  Are you stupid?
Followed by inane mumbling of various "inconsistencies" that were refuted a long time ago

This guy, after I ask him, claims to be a Christian, of course.  I'm not sure how he can be a Christian if he can just pick and choose what parts of the Bible he wants to believe.

I was also told, by another "christian", that I was stupid for being against abortion.  I don't think he remembered that he himself had the privilege of being born.

I find it hilarious, and then very sad, that the majority of attacks I face daily come from more Christians than not.
