Author Topic: Russians, cold blooded?  (Read 8750 times)

We use Russians for our hockey teams. They end up living in the United States and Canada, becoming citizens.

Welp.

LOL, that's me, well my dad plays hockey but now he works for the IBM

What if I was a cannibal?

http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/T-34_tank

The CCCP's T-34 tank was the most effective in the war so dont tell me russia borowed tanks from the US because the soviets dont need a crapy tank when they had a great on already.

I thought it said that the Allied tank was the fastest tank (best) out there on Military channel?

The Sherman was best in numbers, suround the enemy and you have a fast tank unit, very useful, the T34 is cheaply made, fast, and a good match for Tigers, the Russians produced millions in years.

In war, you have to feel nothing and kill without thinking, or you die. The colder you are, the more successful you can be in war.

Attach fridges to your back?

Or just go to Russia :D it's cold there

When the war started, you had barely any T34.

You had:

Some of these.

You got Matildas, Valentines, Churchills, Shermans, various airplanes.
Without us, you probably would have surrendered, or had a longer fought war.

that's true, but when we got T34's we beat the national socialists back to Berlin and built a wall for the millions of lives lost. We were really pissed. And what do you mean without us, you never sold us tanks or helped us out, you even stood out of the Berlin invasion.

You just saved the west from domination, you didn't go in the East. You would think if you necmver came we would fight the western front too, well if Riddler is dead war is over, that's why we turned Berlin into a pile of ash.

Omg. We gave you so many supplies, look up lend lease and the website I posted a page or 2 back. It listed everything we sent to your underdeveloped stuff hole of a country.

And the reason we didn't assault Berlin was because:
1)We would have to give it back to you Commies.
2)We would have suffered many casualties (Even though the Germans hoped to ally with the Alllies and own your country)
3)Stalin had ordered artillery to "accidentally" fall on Americans if they attacked from the West.
4)Troops were waiting for the orders to attack, and could have beaten you there had the orders been given.

About the T34: The gun was not up-to-par with the later German heavies. There are accounts of one Tiger taking out like a 100 T34, and not one fired a shot because it could not penetrate the amour.

Here's the link:

Here is a list of things we sent you while we were trying to avoid the war. Trucks, aircraft, and other essentials.

And your army was absolute stuff. Ask Finland, they rocked you. Whatever propaganda you are learning in Russia is so pathetic.

This list doesn't include vehicles, I do not think.
Also you contradict yourself. First you say we gave you stuffty Shermans and now you say we gave you nothing.

Here is a BRITISH TANK THEY LENT TO YOU!

Oh really? OUR technology was stuff? Then why did your GLORIOUS country accept all the free stuff they could get off the US?

It's called the Lend-Lease act since Russia was ass-raped by the Germans we offered to help you beat back the Germans by sending you tanks, Arms, and anything we could. What you did to the equipment that we gave you, we gave you enough to beat them back, what did your country do? Destroy it, You drove perfectly good Sherman tanks into the Panzers effectively making them useless, and your stuffty tactics of "Human Waves" You barley won Stalingrad if you call hundreds of thousand dead Russians a victory. And our technology is stuff. The fact that we could produce more Tanks and arms and get them to the battlefield quickly, That's why the Sherman is a good tank and was later suited best for the Calvary roll.

I'm srry, I just checked it out and you guys are correct, but the US grenade launcher from WW2 still sucks, it did no damage for the tanks, and in Korea they did no damage too.

Back ontopic: not all Russians are blood thirsty monsters

Yes the 40mm isn't going to do any damage to armored vehicles these days, it's strictly anti-personnel

But the Russians went fully berserk when they entered Germany, and after the war demanded all captured German soldiers to be turned over to them.

Holy snakees!

$9,477,666,000 in matierials and parts is what the US gave to Russia in WWII? Including services that's apparently $11 billion :o

I always knew that the US gave a lot of matierial goods to Russia, but not that much D:
