Why would anyone pay you if they can just make it themselves?  They can upgrade the site themselves and script it themselves without paying you even one cent!  There's also a lot of websites that give you free hosting and free ".tk" or ".co.nr" domains.  So why would we buy from you?

What a load of stuff. These are in no way professional. Anything made with wix is about as far away from professional as you can get.

Anyone stupid enough to pay for your service deserves the stuff website you'll produce.
