I would say just start in a single player server and mess around and do stuff like you never did it before. Get add-ons too.

You can make friends you can't just add them to a list or something. As Tails said RTB is making one.

When I was a member on RS, I filled up my friends list in like 2 weeks. After I tried talking to 5 people who all said something like "Who are you?" everyone was deleted.

theres no freind list the way i do it is if the are really my freinds i get there e-mail and that way when they are going in a server they tell me witch one and i join and you sould buy bl USE THE TUTORIAL so you wont look like a noob asking for stuff.
