Jirue, am i see teeny tiny itsy-bitsy transparent spots on the chest part of the Metrocop decal? :S

Are you talking about the shaded areas?  that's to keep it dark where it was dark on his decal, but you get to chose what color it is.  If you are talking about something else, tell me please.
