I added a Admin only floor.  It has controls to lock all doors, turn off all power, or on and off in individual rooms.  I also forgot to list the functions in the first main post.
It has 5 floors, a lobby, working elevators (using player transform) 5 rooms- adding more.  Also has an outdoor pool.  I cant really make it other than boxy because most everything fits perfectly where it is so if I do change it I would have to redo the hotel.  I am making another version though.  *The whole hotel has carpeting*  Here are the specs:
1st. Floor
          Lobby, sofas, fountain special operating unit to control the amount of people in the hotel.
2nd. Floor
           5 rooms, instruments (do work using events) - added carpeting -
3rd. Floor
           Has a cafe, tables, and bushes
4th. Floor
          Has a Jacuzzi, and an indoor pool
5th. Floor
          Is Admin only, need password to get in, has power controls, and all door lock control.  Also It is like a giant luxury suite.  only it   
          isn't a room.  Admins can just hang around and have come cake.  I just added a jail cell for hotel offenders! 
Prices
          Small Room  40$
          Large Room  70$
          Able to customize room(s)  extra 30$
