Author Topic: Mac vs. PC  (Read 5759 times)

Ya know if you know what the hell your doing, it doesn't really matter how many viruses there are simply because a smart computer user (mac or PC) knows how to not get them.

Macs are my choice.
Plus, I have Bootcamp for Mac so I can use Windows too, and if i get a virus on the Windows side, it won't affect the Mac side!

Macs may only be 5% of computer owners, but they are great computers.

Needs moar poll.

I like Macs, just because they work, I don't have to update stuff, I don't need to download software for them to work.

But they are really expensive, the graphics cards are bad, unless you buy the top of the line system.

There are many times when I wish I had an alienware computer so I could play the huge amount of PC-only games, I am trying to get bootcamp working, but its the one mac thing that takes some effort to do. (lol@me)

I sure mac users are just as happy with their macs as pc users are with their pcs.

I like PC because I know how to use it.
I don't get viruses.
I don't get BSOD.
Hell, this thing is old and still running as good as it used to.

What does this have to do with Blockland exactly?
This is off-topic r-tard

im always gonna be a windows person.good with games and im just used to pc

Here's how I view it.

Mac's = Photoshop.
PC's = Gaming.
Macs: Idiots
PC: Everything else.

Here's how I view it.

Mac's = Photoshop.
PC's = Gaming.
I have been gaming with my mac for a long time, If you ever want something that's windows based, emulate it, make a virtual machine, or do what I did, and break your harddrive in half to run mac and windows.

Let me say this:
Windows viruses: Over 150,000
Mac Viruses: 15
Because people don't care about the Mac.

8.2 FPS hahaha.
Funny, yet true.

I will never get Mac OS anyway, just because most of stuff is made for Windows only.

The funny thing about that is that the cinematic shown for the Dell was probably created using a Mac.

Mac's aren't good for gaming because the OS isn't widely supported by developers, not because they wouldn't be capable of it.

Personally, if Linux was better supported for gaming I'd go with that. Free, similar UI to Windows, doesn't have legacy issues, and has the most widely used kernel.

I wish I had an alienware computer
Nothing wrong with wanting a Windows computer, but you don't want Alienware.

iMacs don't cost $4000?
