Then it will start downloading the data from the disk but with a new menu, and then you see all the other things I said.

Here are the steps: Buy the half-life disk. Put the code in steam. It will ask you if you want to install what I listed. If you WANT them, check them off and click install.
Its THAT simple.

Yeah, it works for everything in the disk HL1 pack, my brother said that's how he got his goldsrc games.  His friend got a Half life pack with three games, but it did that with the three keys.
