Whats your specs?
This worked for me: "-dxlevel 90 +mat_forcehardwaresync 0 -autoconfig"
Add it to a shortcut's target

Actually, I believe you do. When I play tf2 when it gets a problem it says "hl.exe is not responding"

Make a shortcut and add this: "-dxlevel 90 +mat_forcehardwaresync 0 -autoconfig"
to the target
