Anyway to make dad not die? :(

Also tranquillity lane really surprised me. Wasn't expecting to find something like it, I just expected the vault to be full of ghouls or something
Nope

Oh this game looks so fun, especially with the V.A.T.S. I almost wish it didn't have quite that much gore, so that my parents might let me buy it.

And how come they have this power armor and stuff, and super mutants iwth miniguns, but like all the music and tvs and radios are old? I guarantee if you can make an energy gun you can make a plasma TV.

It's like Bio-Shock.

It's a loving city under water with chems to make you pick stuff up, shoot fire, shoot bugs and freeze things, but they use record players and stuff.

snot wanted liam neeson to live D:

the best part of the game is when your a baby so you can spam baby sounds

Does it really need anymore than this?

I love that perk, I don't get it anymore though, it's a waste.
It's a great game, if anyone is considering buying it, go for it. I just wish I had a gaming computer so I could've gotten the pc version, oh well.

No, it's not. Not at all. You see, the Fallout timeline is different from ours, it splits off in a different tangent. Certain things are not developed (Notice there's no Microwaves), and the 50's art theme seems to have returned. Focus on tech shifted during the tangent switch.

My friend said it was because they made the vault's in the 50's so they were stocked with 50's items. So now in 2077 I think it is there stuck with it.

Completely ignore the fact that all the houses have 50's style clothes and 50's style televisions.

Good point.

Your friend doesn't know what he's talking about. The bombs were dropped October 23rd, 2077. Fallout 3 starts July 13th, 2258.
