errr.....no...it doesn't. It means the people spend all of their time working minimum wage on an assembly line trying to make the computers, but they never actually have time to use them because they are at work all of the time trying to get money for food and bills for his stay at home wife and their kids. Thanks.  It's one of the things that I'm making that is different from other add-ons.  So far I have the semi, the spike bat, the oil drum, and the catapult.
