The problem is that they just don't have a key bound to crouch, but with the default controls pop-up I don't see how that's possible. If you have any insight into this please post it.

Another possible cause:

When I ran a script (accidentally) that contained a broken bind, this had the effect of erasing 90% of my binds the next time I started the game as it was saved with a syntax error. People with bad Add-Ons, perhaps?
