I know that part of the wood is going into the ammo box, but it's fixed in the model.

Absolution is credit to team

What about on weapon images Space? I think we might want to hack off the player instead, just to be safe.
Just unhide the node on the player, isn't that the point...?

The weapon image would use empty.dts but do special things onMount/onUnMount.

Tom

You can use hideNode and setNodeColor on items - just make the item's shape file to m.dts and then hide bits of it when it is spawned.
I can't seem to hide nodes on items.

Then you are doing it wrong.

Left is standard Bow, right is item.hideNode("arrow"); and item.hideNode("string");.

Ok, I got just the pack to show, but the rest of it still collides. So the pack floats.

Thanks to Iban's healthbars, I'm now able to make status bars for food/heat.

Nevermind, the health box looks dumb, I'll design something, but, you can get me a concept picture. I want the number of the heat/hunger to be displayed somewhere along with the bar.

So... what exactly do you need? A concept picture of a heat bar? I'd just go for a simple Fueljet-like design.

Nevermind, I'm not going to do it. Different people have different Resolutions, and I don't feel like coding to get the Resolution, and then adjust the bars to the position they are supposed to be in, yet.

Alright. But anyways, let's finish up hunting/hunger, then start in on resources since it doesn't seem like Kalph is working on them.

paint.net ftw :D

thats really, really easy. you do it in the GUI editor. I've done it tons of times.

That looks nice, Digmaster.

Oh, wait, yeah! I remember positioning stuff for different resolutions back when I tried to script a few things. Way easy. If I got in the GUI editor I could probably do it. Not much else though.

I could do it, but I don't really want to D: Ill do it later, I still have the file.

you jsut select the object and tell it how to position itself on x/y in relation to different resolutions. you can even make it bigger or smaller I believe. I love GUI's.

EDIT: I achally just made the entire GUI. It deosn't work right, but it looks correct. Im not sure I did it right so Ill overlay over PlayGUI (any help here), but it looks like it works. I didn't save it, but I can recreate it quickly enough.
