It is the first for using weather.

I think they will do it every other update after the first three. So the next update will not have it but the one after will. Then the last one will have the update or something.

I like how in the Razorback image they had the spy lying gead on the ground with the sniper standing there, then soon after, they unveil the spy update starting with a weapon that makes you merely appear dead when fired upon. Even in the background you can see the fake spy corpse.
