help i have downlaoded and installed the game but where do i put the patch i have a windows xp and i haven't downloaded the patch because i dont get it what to do which one to download and where to put the patch can you tell me this stuff

i play the game it says Error reading registry what dose that mean and why dose it says that and please help me with my problems

i found it best to have the ttd install in a seperate folder then the openttd mod.
dont combine them all.

in the install of the patch, you set both the location you want it installed and the folder of the original ttd game. dont mix them up
