An automatic Turret that tracks players, can be carried like the landmine or spawned as a vehicle, and can shoot at players in minigames. It could also be Grav-Gun portable and able to take damage.

Locked Projectiles just don't work. :/

You just described RTB server info, you can click on the mods that the server has that are on RTB and download them directly from there.
