Wait a sec, looking at the screenshot again, i see the top of his torso has a bit of a gradient, meaning the decal is a bit too big and goes around the whole torso, probably relights the whole torso D:

Is this true? :(

Now that I look at that part, I see what you mean. Could that be causing it to have an error in the console? I also made it the exact size of other decals, so why would it run off?

It doesn't cause errors in the console, but it doesn't look good when in dark maps, you can easily be seen, i should know, i tried one of my Headcrab Zombie decals before making that Headcrab Zombie mod, and i was lit up like a bulb

Even though it's 256x256, does it go to all sides of the canvas? If so, try shrinking it some, being that you're using Paint.net, make a new layer, and use the Prisoner decal as a template and paste it into the new blank layer you made, shrink your Spy decal to that size or something similar, then delete the layer with the Prisoner decal, save your Spy decal, retry it and see what happens

I tested it, and the non-transparent parts show up very bright on a dark map. I also tested some default decals and faces, and it does the same.

Yes, unfortunately, all faces and decals are lit up, no matter what the lighting is on the map, the faces and decals only change colors depending if the map's lighting is something like purple or something

I'm currently modifying the decals. Check back in a little while for an update. I already made them smaller so they fit better on the body, now I just need to make the tie semi-transparent black.

Make the transparency about 40 or 50 percent, see how that works

Well, fixed the Spy decals. Threw in something else as well. :3

Even though there are already TF2 Decals, which i think are by Telly, can you try making the other classes like the Pyro, Medic, Heavy, Scout, Sniper, Engineer and Soldier?

I'm planning on it. :D

I just picked Demoman randomly, and I decided to do it and release it with the update rather than do two separate modifications of the main post. :P

Didn't theworm just made some very awesome TF2 Decals?

Orly? Link please

I didn't notice :[

Edit: Isn't there some kind of transparency thingy you can do to make the Medic's tie match his torso color, kinda like you did with the Spy, only... 40-50 percent white or something?

Dammit, didn't realize his tie changed color with the team color.

It wouldn't work that way though, because his coat doesn't change to red or blue, and it isn't gray when his coat is white.

You could have PM'ed him those. :|
