The thing is I had been working on it in a Private Server with one other person and right when we went public the guy stole it, so very few people ( like 3 or 4) saw before he started hosting it. So I had little proof, so I wanted to post here before everyone thought he built it.

could be wrong here, but according to badspot's blockland's terms, it looks as if i could probably claim original work of my document, even using blockland's likeness.

Runescape also has a huge section on the site about the intellectual property rules for fan fiction and screenshots.
Since the build differs enough from anything remotely resembling runescape, and only uses its terms and name, im pretty sure im in the clear there.

I would even be so nice, as to allow you to use my document all you like, and addon to it. as long as you continue to give Bisjac, Blockland, and Runescape credit for it's likeness.

This is why we need a restricted save add on. Badspot could make this default, although it would be off normally. Or we could make it a server option in server controls "Save Restriction" On or Off. Or we could set certain BL IDs that could save the builds. What do you think?
