I lose all my survivors in a take leadership mission, and walk into another room, leave, walk in again and i get all 3 survivors back again.

You can do missions where you take a person/package from point A to B.

oh that. I once tortured a random guy so i could get free rest. he just showed me his hidden stash. I got a crossbow though :)

i always torture with ski mask but every time (if i own the place) they say that they won't work for me but how do they know it's me because i'm wearing a ski mask

You have to bribe them while wearing that mask. In order to bribe them, you have to kill their members while you're at their base.
