Post the glitch's you have seen in half-life 2.

Like my friend (and yes I do have the game) was walking with alyx, and a HEAVY (yes, the one from teamfortess 2.) can out of NO WHERE, and killed them.

And there is no way a Heavy with AI came out of no where while you were playing HL2. It was probably Garry's Mod.

This one time I was playing episode 1 and when I was in the Citadel it blew up even though I was still inside. Also in episode 2 my car blew up and our rocket exploded while taking off.

Eli still died though, it was pretty sad.

I was playing Smod, at the part in the prison where you're about to teleport, and you see Eli.

Out of frustration I shot Eli, only to have him fly out of the pod and be reduced to gibs from hitting the wall so hard after I shot him.

The map glitched and I had to reload my save. :(

Hey smart one, TF2 was released after HL2.
That's not possible, as valve was still coming up with concepts when HL2 was released.
