i had not finished my idea and it is compleatly posable if all the scripters work on it and i do know a few people who could get it done who dont script for BL

It isn't.
The current game engine cannot support that kind of building, from what I've heard.

i know how to change speed of vehicle you must make 3 plates 1 is speed 100 1 is speed 200 and 1 is speed 300

It isn't possible, everyone who doesn't know what they're talking about should just shut up. All this would require is an engine update or a different engine, which isn't going to happen any time soon. Scripters "working together" wouldn't make any difference, if it was possible, it would only need one person. If it were supported with this engine, it wouldn't take years to script either.

isn't this just like moving bricks? blockland gave up moving bricks for less lag, if you want lag and moving bricks, apparently you should go to roblox?
and will everybody stop freaking suggesting this, it's getting annoying and can't be done
