Maybe I'm just being stupid but I don't think you need to download some program to open this, right?

Are you trying to play the game or edit something inside the file?

If you're trying to edit the game, open it with winrar or something similiar.

If trying to play, you aren't suppost to run it via the .jar file. Unless it's the server hosting software.
