Hat isn't necessary. Just give him brown hair. But if the hat is possible, please do so :)

(It's a suit, suit pants, they can be black or dark blue, left arm is robotic.)

The tie is nearly impossible to do because of the equal number of pixels and the hat the minecrafters have is only an invisible box so I can't do much length or width because that would look ugly, but I pushed through and made it the best I could do.

Stop using mods, then. I'm not sure if you've noticed, but you can still play Minecraft without the mods.
