The 3 major things Notch and Jeb need to get working on:

1. Weather Transitions, when the weather starts clouds should roll in, and it shouldn't immedietly begin raining. Plus it could also be comprehended as the transition between rain and snow, it is decent but looks a little weird.
2. Furniture, basic structures that can be used to make more elaborate furniture pieces, would allow those big homes you have to actually be filled up.
3. Nether Update, they need to make it more in-depth and like the real world, with more then 2 creatures and a bunch of different "biomes", as in I don't want to see the same style cliff or cave, I want to see some crazy ass stuff in that crazy ass world.

I'm trying to install a xray mod for minecraft. I'm on a mac. I opened the jar file with archive utility. I put in all the stuff according to the mod's readme.txt.
 
Then I compressed the folder (minecraft) that I got from opening the jar into a zip file, and then renamed that into a .jar.

It won't work and when I try to login it says, "Loading Done" on the update screen and does not do anything from that point on.

What the forget is wrong?

Yes, and the most recent one.  For some reason, Xray doesn't work with Minecrafter.  Ah well.

Also, Kobe and I raided a base near spawn.  I lost my dog, but we still won, lol.  Because of their tactics, I have decided that we should place emergency lava chests (Chests with lava buckets) inside our base. That way, if we lose our tools, we can still fight.

Oh, and Cyan needs to admin Kobe, Jacob, and Jaydee, if they arn't admin yet.
