Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it

See, I really don't like Terraria that much.
But what I envy is its amazing updates. If only Minecraft could do the same.

Take a look: in the most recent Terraria update, most existing bugs were fixed and TONS of new stuff was added.
Not to go off topic here, but here's some of the bits from the changelog:
Imagine if Minecraft updates were like that. Some of you may disagree, but I would stuff myself in happiness if oceans, explosive arrows, crabs, antlions and boomerangs were added in ONE update.

It's obviously harder to update a 3D game than it is to update a 2D game.

Another studio is taking care of that. Mojang isn't involved in the coding aspect, notch only oversees it and makes sure they don't forget up.
