Tested out the bows earlier, those things are actually quite deadly now, able to one shot sheep, pigs, and cows at full charge, other aggressive mobs take two shots.

If you do make sure you back up your 1.7.3 .jar, you may want to switch back due to whatever reason. I may do so because of the lag, I get an average of about 12-18 FPS no matter what I do.
