I spent about an hour looking for a nether castle and found one. I have no idea where the entrance portal is so I tried to build another portal, and FOR SOME REASON I only brought EXACTLY ten obsidian and no diamonds or diamond accessories. Then this happened:

I have no redstone or pistons. Am I screwed?

If you ever get lost, this is the best thing to do. Store everything you have in a chest in case you ever find it again, then kill yourself.

I did it the cheap way and creative mode'd. Then I got bored so I made myself an ender portal in my lil house using TMI mod, XD

Pistons can't push Obsidian for obvious reasons.
