Minecraft Megathread; yeah its update 1.12 big whoop what about it

Resizing textures takes forever :x Since the ic2, buildcraft textures for the sphax texture pack are all 128x and my computer doesn't like 128x texture packs  so i use the 64x version and resizing them all to 64x takes a while :c

but the good part is i'm almost done :D

256x256 is too low-res for a blocky game like this, try 512x512.

high-res textures completely destroy the art style minecraft has and don't fit with the blocky aesthetic at all

Upcoming Biome Generation Changes, primarily making landscapes less flat. Option added for generating completely flat worlds, no more special map or editing existing ones for it. Possibility of being able to choose what blocks a biome is composed of. The AI improvements will apply to more than just Villagers, making the AI of all mobs better.

I hope he adds something to compose a world entirely of one biome. That or the old options like Floating islands and stuff.
