So I can get a 12x12 chunk at an extremely tiny scale for $35 with limited blocks...or play the game that I got for less than $15 and have infinite blocks and canvas.

I'm pretty sure what happened was that Eric TRIED to get Lego on board with Blockland. Lego said they were interested but then stopped responding. Eric got tired of waiting and not being answered, so he changed things to look less like Lego to avoid lawsuit and release the game we all know and love.

- Minecraft is nothing to do with LEGO, except for the building. At least Blockland has something to do with LEGO
- LEGO messed up their own game and shut it down

But yeah, it's nothing to do with LEGO trying to help out Minecraft, it's merely due to the fact that there are millions of people who play Minecraft and a large quantity of them voted to see Minecraft made.
